Thank you for choosing Lyrko, a minimalist iOS puzzle tool developed by the Lyrko Team . This Subscription Agreement outlines the terms for using the App’s premium subscription features. By purchasing or activating a subscription to Lyrko, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions herein, as well as the Lyrko User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
This Agreement applies solely to users who subscribe to the premium tier, and all subscription services operate directly through your iOS device via Apple’s App Store billing system—no account registration or personal information is required beyond what Apple collects for billing purposes.
When you subscribe to Lyrko’s premium tier, you gain access to all Premium Features for the duration of your subscription period. Premium Features may include, but are not limited to: unlimited custom puzzle piece shapes, high-resolution puzzle exports. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove Premium Features at our discretion, with prior notice provided via in-App notifications.
Subscription periods are available in multiple options (e.g., monthly, annual) as displayed in the App’s subscription section. The price of each subscription tier is clearly listed in the App, and all charges are processed in the currency associated with your Apple ID. Apple’s standard billing terms apply, and you may be charged applicable taxes based on your location.
Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period expires. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal by accessing your Apple ID settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions) on your iOS device.
If you do not disable auto-renewal, your Apple ID will be charged for the next subscription period at the current price (which may be subject to change, with prior notice in the App) within 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not handle billing directly—all payment processing, receipts, and refund requests for subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—you will retain access to Premium Features until the subscription expires, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
Refund eligibility for subscriptions is determined by Apple’s App Store refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund (e.g., accidental purchase), please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store or Apple’s official support channels. We are unable to process refunds for subscriptions, as all billing is managed by Apple.
Premium Features are accessible only during an active subscription period. If your subscription expires (either due to cancellation, non-payment, or other reasons), your access to Premium Features will be revoked, and you will revert to the App’s free tier. All puzzles, progress records, and content you created using Premium Features will remain stored locally on your device—you will still be able to view and edit them using free features, but may lose access to advanced customization options.
We do not restrict access to content you created with Premium Features upon subscription expiration; your local data remains fully under your control at all times.
We may adjust the subscription pricing or Premium Features lineup from time to time. Any changes to pricing or features will not affect active subscriptions—existing subscribers will continue to enjoy their current benefits at the agreed price until their next renewal period. We will notify you of significant changes (e.g., price increases, feature removals) via in-App notifications at least 30 days before the changes take effect for new or renewing subscriptions.
Your premium subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your subscription, access Premium Features on multiple devices simultaneously (beyond what Apple allows for App Store purchases), or use Premium Features to create content for commercial gain without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if we detect unauthorized use (e.g., sharing account access, fraudulent billing activity). Such actions will be taken only after attempting to notify you via in-App alerts, and you will retain access to Premium Features until the end of the current billing period unless the violation is severe.
To continue accessing Premium Features, you must keep the App updated to the latest version available on the App Store. We may discontinue support for older iOS versions, and Premium Features may not function properly on devices running outdated software. We recommend updating your iOS device and the App regularly to ensure a smooth experience.
App updates may include enhancements to Premium Features, bug fixes, or security improvements. By maintaining an active subscription, you agree to install these updates as they become available.
