Welcome to Lyrko, a minimalist iOS puzzle tool designed to provide you with a personalized and immersive puzzle experience. This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the App, developed and provided by the Lyrko Team. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the App and refrain from using it.
It is extremely important to emphasize that Lyrko does not collect any facial information of users at all. Facial information includes but is not limited to facial images, facial feature data, facial recognition templates, and any other information related to the user's face that can be used to identify the user's identity. The App has no function or module designed to collect, capture, store, process, or transmit facial information. Whether you are uploading local images, customizing puzzle settings, saving puzzle progress, or using any other functions of the App, the App will never actively or passively capture, extract, or record any facial information from you or the images you upload. When you take the initiative to delete any information (including puzzles, progress records, uploaded images, etc.) within the App, the deletion will take effect immediately and permanently on your device, and the deleted information cannot be recovered, as we do not maintain any backups of your local data.
The App operates entirely on your iOS device without requiring account registration, login credentials, or the provision of personal information. This Agreement governs your use of all features of the App, including but not limited to uploading local images, customizing puzzle settings, saving puzzle progress, and sharing finished works. All information generated by your use of the App is only retained on your local iOS device, and will be permanently deleted when you take the initiative to delete it; the App will never collect any facial information, nor will it share any of your data with any third party.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws. This license permits you to access and use the App’s features on your authorized iOS device, subject to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.
Lyrko strictly abides by the principle of not collecting any facial information from users. The license granted herein does not involve any authorization related to the collection, use, or transmission of facial information. The App will not collect any facial information during your use of the App, including but not limited to facial images captured through your device's camera, facial feature data extracted from uploaded images, or any other information that can reflect or identify your facial characteristics. All operations you perform within the App, such as using the App's functions to process images, will not involve the collection or processing of facial information. Your data is only stored locally on your iOS device, and we will never access, collect, or transmit any facial information or other local data. When you actively delete information in the App, the corresponding data (including any image-related content you uploaded) will be permanently deleted from your device, and no residual copies will be retained.
You may not sublicense, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or any of its features to any third party. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App, its source code, or any intellectual property associated with it. No data related to you, including but not limited to local operation records and uploaded content, will be shared with any third party, and the App will never collect your facial information.
Lyrko does not collect any facial information of users, and this commitment is fully implemented in the entire process of your use of the App. When you upload images to the App, the App will only process the images locally on your device for puzzle production purposes, and will never extract, identify, or collect any facial information contained in the images. Even if the images you upload contain facial content, the App will not perform any form of facial recognition, facial feature extraction, or facial information storage. All image processing operations are completed locally on your device. When you actively delete the uploaded images or created puzzles, the relevant data will be permanently deleted from your device, and no facial information or related image data will be retained. You do not need to worry about the leakage or misuse of your facial information during the use of the App, as we have no way to collect or obtain such information at all.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that we have no control over the images you upload or the content you share, and you bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of such content. It should be emphasized again that the App does not collect any of your facial information, and all your content is only stored locally on your device and will be permanently deleted when you take the initiative to delete it.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, interface, code, features, trademarks, logos, and text, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our explicit written permission.
Lyrko does not collect any facial information of users, and this is an important part of our protection of user privacy and intellectual property rights. We will never collect, store, or use any facial information of users, nor will we use facial information as part of any intellectual property-related activities. For the images you upload and the puzzles you create using the App, you retain all intellectual property rights to such content, and the App will not collect any facial information from these images or puzzles. All operations related to your content are completed locally on your device. When you actively delete your content, the corresponding data (including any content that may contain facial information) will be permanently deleted from your device, and we will not retain any backups or copies.
We strive to provide a stable and reliable experience with the App, but we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all iOS devices or versions. The App’s features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion, and we will notify users of significant changes through in-App notifications or updates to this Agreement.
All updates and modifications to the App will continue to adhere to the principle of not collecting any facial information of users. We will never add any functions or modules related to collecting, capturing, storing, or processing facial information in any App update. Whether it is a security enhancement, bug fix, or new feature addition, the App will still not collect any facial information from users. During the update process, the App will not access, collect, or transmit any of your local data (including any content that may contain facial information), and all data will remain stored locally on your iOS device. When you take the initiative to delete information in the App before or after the update, the deletion will still be permanent, and no facial information or related data will be retained.
You agree to download and install App updates as they become available, as updates may include security enhancements, bug fixes, or new features. We are not liable for any issues arising from your failure to install App updates. It should be emphasized that the App will not collect your facial information whether you install updates or not, and all your data will only be stored locally on your device.
As the App processes and stores all data locally on your iOS device, you are solely responsible for backing up your puzzles, progress records, and related content. We recommend using iOS’s native backup features (such as iCloud or iTunes) to prevent data loss due to device damage, loss, or software issues. We have no access to your local data and cannot recover lost content on your behalf.
Lyrko does not collect any facial information of users, and this is closely related to the local storage of data. Since all data generated by your use of the App is stored locally on your iOS device, we have no way to access, collect, or store any of your data, including facial information. The App does not have any function to collect facial information, nor does it have any channel to upload facial information to external servers. When you actively delete any of your content (including images, puzzles, progress records, etc.) within the App, the deletion is permanent on your device, and the deleted content (including any content that may contain facial information) will not be retained in any form. We do not maintain backups of your local data, so we cannot recover any deleted content, including facial-related content (if any). This further ensures that your facial information will not be collected, stored, or misused, as even if you accidentally delete content, there is no way for us to obtain or retain any facial information from it.
You may delete any of your content within the App at any time, and such deletions are permanent on your device. We do not maintain backups of your local data and cannot restore deleted content. All deleted content, including any content that may contain facial information, will be completely removed from your device, and will not be collected or retained by us.
This Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as you use the App. We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App at our discretion if you violate any provisions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and cease all use of its features.
Even after the termination of this Agreement, our commitment to not collecting any facial information of users will still remain valid. Upon termination of the Agreement, if you uninstall the App, all data stored locally on your device (including any content that may contain facial information) will be retained on your device (unless you actively delete it), and we will still have no access to or control over such data. If you actively delete your content before or after the termination of the Agreement, the deletion will be permanent, and no facial information or related data will be retained.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. Termination of this Agreement will not affect your ownership rights to your content stored locally on your device. All your content, including any content that may contain facial information, will remain on your device.
